Special Rates
at Selected Seasons
Are you interested in a visit in Vienna at the Advent
Saison, Christmas Holidays, New Year´s Eve,
Easter, Whitsun or for special occasions such as conventions
or great sporting events? Send us your inquiry and
we will provide you with the actual rates.
Reservation
Your reservation becomes definite by statement of
the details of your credit card (number and expiry
date) or upon receipt of a prepayment of 25% of the
total reservation (or upon receipt of a prepayment
of 25% of the first month for long-term reservations,
respectively).
Cancellation of your Reservation:
- You may cancel your reservation
for no charge until 15 days before arrival (prepayments
will be reimbursed).
- A cancellation fee of 25 % applies
if you cancel within 14 days before arrival (or
no refund of prepayment, respectively).
- If you must cancel less than 4
days before arrival the total amount of the reservation
will be charged (maximum 14 nights).
- Special cancellation conditions
apply for holidays such as Christmas Holidays, New
Year´s Eve, Easter and Whitsun or special
occasions such as conventions. These special conditions
are announced specifically on the conformation of
the reservation.
Arrival and Departure in the
HOTEL CARINA:
Check-in: 2:00 p.m. Your room will be ready to move
into.
Check-Out: until 11.00 a.m. The room has to be cleared
until then.
Other times can be arranged if necessary.
Please give us due notice of different times of arrival
and departure – will confirm those times specifically!
